Return Eligibility
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- In their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
- Returned with all original tags and packaging.
Process for Initiating Returns

- Contact our customer service team at support@artisticink.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Prepare your package, ensuring the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Include the RA number on the package and send it to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refund Methods and Processing Time
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Special Cases
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will:
- Provide instructions for returning the item.
- Replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Exceptions to the Policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Gift cards.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Items marked as final sale.
